South Beach waterfront Condo Hotel in Treasure Island

South Beach is a really cool place on Treasure Island. DSCN6527One of the few Condo Hotel.

That is right, it is a condo but at the same time the property is run like a hotel. This has the big advantage that the buyer/ owners of this waterfront condo can make a lot of rental income that helps pay for the cost of owning a direct beachfront condo here in Treasure Island. South Beach was built in 2001 and has a total of 40 direct waterfront / beachfront condos.

All of them can be rented for 3 days or a week or months.  I really like the Condotel concept very much. It is great for people/ buyers that can’t live here permanently but are coming down to Florida a few times a year  to relax in the sun and swim in the Gulf of Mexico and just want to have a good time away from home for a little while.

If you pick the right unit a Condo Hotel can be a great investment property.
